This policy explains what The M Tea Studio LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use themteastudio.com or themtea.studio, and what we do with it.
Information you give us directly: your name and email when you download a guide, submit the contact form, book a call, or register for a class or workshop. We do not collect payment details on this site — purchases are processed by our membership platform (Skool) under its own privacy policy.
To send you what you asked for (guides, class links, replies), to tell you about upcoming classes and offers you've expressed interest in, and to run and improve the site. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. We never sell your personal information.
Only the service providers that make the site work: our hosting provider, our email and CRM platform (which processes form submissions and bookings), and our scheduling tool (Calendly). Each processes your data only on our behalf.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — use the contact form. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have additional rights under local law, which we honor.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards. If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.

By using themteastudio.com or themtea.studio you agree to these terms. The site and its content — text, images, guides, curriculum descriptions — belong to The M Tea Studio LLC and may not be reproduced or resold without permission. Free guides are for your personal use.
Membership purchases and billing are handled by our membership platform (Skool) under its own terms. Memberships can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Workshop enrollment terms (including cohort dates, application requirements, and any refund windows) are stated at the point of enrollment.
You keep all rights to the songs and other work you create in the Studio and our workshops. By sharing work for feedback, you grant other members and coaches permission to view and comment on it for that purpose only.
Our community runs on generosity and respect. We may remove members who harass others, plagiarize, or disrupt the community, in line with the community guidelines posted inside the Studio.
We teach craft; outcomes depend on your work. Except where a specific written guarantee applies (such as a stated workshop guarantee), we make no promises about results, and the site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
